We send a six-digit code to your work email. Enter it on the next screen. The code works for 30 minutes.

Verified

If your email domain matches the brand’s website, the claim is verified at once. If not, we review it by hand within five working days and may ask for proof.

What exchanges ask us

Is claiming really free?

Yes. Claiming is free and stays free. Later we may offer paid profile upgrades on ExchangeCatalogue, for example more detail and media on your listing. Those will never change a score or a ranking.

Does claiming change my ranking on ExchangeCatalogue?

No. Rankings on ExchangeCatalogue come from our review method. Scores on Pipswire Intelligence come from what the AI engines say. Neither one changes when you claim. Nobody can pay to change one.

My exchange is not in the AI Visibility Index. Can I still claim?

Yes. Type the name and send your claim. We record it and review it by hand. Claimed brands are considered for the next edition of the index.

I do not have an email address on the brand’s domain.

Use the address you have. We review the claim by hand. We may ask for proof, for example a short email from an address on the brand’s domain or a note on the brand’s website.

What do you do with my details?

We use your name and email to verify the claim and to send you the things listed above: corrections, your score each quarter and your scorecard. We do not sell your details. Read the privacy notice.

Someone else claimed my brand. What now?

Email info@pipswire.com from your work address. We check who made the claim and fix it.

What is the AI Visibility Index?

A free quarterly index of how often AI assistants and Google name crypto exchanges for traders in 56 markets. It is published by Pipswire Intelligence with a public method. See the index.
